How long has Suite Talk been performing?

Katy and Zach met in high school and have been performing  together ever since... that's over 18 years! We are professionally trained in both music performance and visual fine arts.  

 

 

What type of events does Suite Talk perform?

Gallery and museum functions, festivals, mixers, benefits, and weddings


What services does Suite Talk offer?

We are a string duo (violin/viola). We are also a DJ and creative lighting team. In addition, we offer sound reinforcement, custom string duo arrangements, and custom lighting design. 

 

 

Does Suite Talk employ other musicians and DJs? 

NO! It's just the two of us! To keep our music experiences consistently awesome, we NEVER farm out DJs and musicians.


Does Suite Talk provide DJ, String Duo, or Lighting a la carte? 

YES... but with one exception... weddings. To keep our wedding experiences unique and exceptional, if you want us to DJ your reception, we MUST also perform as a string duo during the ceremony and/or cocktail hour portion of your wedding celebration.  From time to time, we WILL perform only as a string duo without DJing, but we ask to perform both the ceremony and cocktail hour. Our DJ services for weddings include dance floor lighting, creating the perfect ambiance for a memorable celebration!

 

 

How many events does Suite Talk do per year?

Creating a memorable and incredible experience is at the core of every Suite Talk performance! Thus, given that it's just the two of us and we will not sacrifice quality, we do a total of about 30 events each year... 15 of which are weddings.


What is Suite Talk's price?

Our average event quotes range between $1800-$6000, however, our pricing truly depends on the magnitude of services being requested. While our wedding package prices are set in stone, for all other events, we create quotes on a case by case basis. For more info on event pricing and wedding packages, contact us.

 

 

What does Suite Talk need to hold an event date?

To save an event date we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of half of the gross fee upfront.
